We're a small team of craft-minded builders who kept noticing the same gap: countless scattered notes on Scandinavian woodcraft, and no single place to study them properly. So we built CROW Nordicrafty — a dedicated workspace, not just another reading app.
Our mission is simple — take the system of habits, tools, and seasonal decisions behind Nordic forest work and make it learnable in a structured, hands-on way, whether you're a weekend camper or a serious student of the craft.
Inside, you get staged skill trails, a personal craft ledger, interactive diagrams, decision challenges, and seasonal breakdowns — everything shaped so knowledge turns into something you can actually work with in the field.

CROW Nordicrafty was built as a self-contained study workspace. Every skill trail, craft ledger entry, diagram interaction, and decision challenge you complete stays on your own device. We do not run servers that collect your activity, and we have nothing to disclose about you because we never receive anything in the first place. The sections below explain this in full.
We collect none. CROW Nordicrafty does not request your name, email, location, device identifiers, or any personal information to function. There is no sign-up screen because there is no account to create.
Since nothing is collected, nothing is used. We do not analyze your study habits, build usage profiles, sell information to advertisers, or share anything with data brokers — there is simply no data pipeline to speak of.
Your skill trails, craft ledger entries, saved methods, and personal study structures are stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud server, backed up to our systems, or synced to any external database we control.
The app does not integrate third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. No external service receives information about how you use CROW Nordicrafty because no such service is connected to it.
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your device's own operating system safeguards protect your locally stored ledger and trail progress.
CROW Nordicrafty does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no data-collection mechanism of any kind, for any age group, making it inherently COPPA-friendly.
There are no accounts to manage and no remote records to request deletion of. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored ledger entries, trail progress, and saved methods completely and permanently from your device.
If our practices ever change, an updated policy will be published within the app with a revised Effective Date. Our core commitment — no data collection — is not expected to change.
